Churchill said it best, “I consider myself very lucky that late in life I have been able to develop this new taste and pastime.” After an almost 40 year career in the Federal Civil Service, painting has become my new passion. Hardly a moment goes by in which I’m not thinking of a compositional idea or color scheme with which to engage a canvas, board, or piece of paper. Painting has become the most pleasant surprise of my “official” retirement. You should all join the fun.
